Panieer connects your e-commerce or delivery activity to a network of smart lockers — without changing your core operations.

You create an order

Your system or team sends parcel details to Panieer: order reference, parcel size, receiver phone number and preferred locker location.

A locker slot is reserved

Panieer Partner API sends the request to the LCM. A suitable compartment is reserved automatically based on parcel size.

The courier drops the parcel

The courier scans the QR code at the locker terminal, the compartment opens, the parcel is deposited, and the locker confirms the delivery.

The customer picks up independently

The receiver gets a pickup code by SMS or email and collects the parcel whenever convenient — no waiting, no scheduling.

You track everything in real time

Follow each order status: reserved, deposited, collected, expired or cancelled. Every event is logged for audit.
